We are a small indie team, which means there is no support department and no ticket system here. When you write to us, a real person from the team reads it - usually the same person who made the game you are writing about. And we reply to every message, typically within 1-3 business days.
What can you write to us about?
Honestly, anything game-related. But here are the most common topics and the best address for each one:
Feedback and ideas → feedback@yespuzzles.com
Did one of our puzzle games make your day or maybe something annoyed you? Tell us! Some of our best improvements came directly from player messages - for example, the whole redesign of Catch’N’Merge happened because players told us the old dark theme didn’t fit the game. Your message can really change our games.
Bug reports and help → support@yespuzzles.com
Found something broken or something is not working for you? Please tell us what happened and on which device or browser you were playing. We can usually fix things quite fast. And bugs are the first thing we check every morning.
Everything else → info@yespuzzles.com
Do you run a gaming platform and want to feature our free browser games? Have a partnership idea? Writing about indie games and want to hear our story - how we started, what we learned and what we got wrong along the way? And if you are not sure which address fits your message, just use this one too - it will reach us anyway.
The fastest way to reach us: Discord
If you want a quicker and more casual chat, join our Discord server. This is where we share updates about new games first, ask players for opinions and just talk about puzzles. It’s a small and friendly place, and we would love to see you there.
